Payment Options
Payment for the booked room is made in any of the following ways:

deposit payment online at baltapucehotel.lv using Stripe (Visa/MasterCard certified partner) via credit/debit card;

payment of the invoice (bank transfer or card payment using Stripe);

via cash payment, contactless bank payment card or other contactless payment device at the hotel registration desk.
Cancellation policy

Refunds for bookings are made upon written request.

If the booking is cancelled 72 hours or more before 18:00 on the day of arrival, no penalty will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before 18:00 on the day of arrival (including no-shows), a penalty equal to the first booked night will be charged.

A refund to a guest staying at the hotel is made upon a written application. In this case, the guest will be refunded the amount paid by him minus the cost of the day spent at the hotel and the cost of the day following the day of the actual departure of the guest. Checkout time at the hotel is 12:00.
