Payment Options
Payment for the booked room is made in any of the following ways:

cash payment at the hotel cash desk;

by bank transfer by bank transfer of funds to the current account (details are on the contact information page);

Cancellation policy

Refunds of funds transferred as an advance payment or full payment for the reservation are made upon written application.

If the reservation is canceled less than 10 days before the date of arrival, the refund will be made minus the cost of the first night booked.
A refund to a guest staying at the hotel is made upon a written application. In this case, the guest will be refunded the amount paid by him minus the cost of the day spent at the hotel and the cost of the day following the day of the actual departure of the guest. Checkout time at the hotel is 12:00.
